Tamweel… knocks one for Six!

Tamweel is delighted to announce its latest deal, the sale of Six Physio, a leading provider of in clinic, at home and virtual physiotherapy & rehabilitation services. Six Physio has been acquired by Ascenti, a bd-capital backed business that has nationwide coverage of physiotherapy, mental health and clinical outsourcing services.

Founded in 1996, Six Physio has established a footprint of clinics across London and has developed a stand out reputation amongst private medical insurers, self-paying patients and the physiotherapy community.

Tamweel advised the shareholders on all aspects of the transaction, continuing Tamweel’s track record of representing the best and brightest consumer facing Challenger Brands. It follows on from several deals in the health, fitness and wellness sectors – advising brands such as The Climbing HangarTenFrame and Gymbox.
